This is the sale of ___ Olde English Bulldogge(s) puppy registered with the IOEBA and/or
WBA. This puppy(s) was born on __________ date. The total cost of the puppy is
$_________ (US currency) plus shipping if needed.
Commitment of Buyer:
The buyer agrees to use Evolution Bulldogges name as the prefix to the registered name of
the dog.
A five hundred dollar ($500) non-refundable deposit is required to hold a puppy.
A change of mind does not require that the $500 deposit be used for future purchase unless
agreed by Evolution Bulldogges and the buyer.
You can choose your puppy by the fourth (4th) week of age. No deposit, no pick.
You can pick up your puppy after the 7th week of age. If the puppy is to be shipped
domestically, shipping will occur after the 8th week of age. If the puppy will be shipped
internationally, shipping will occur after the 10th week of age. All money must be paid before
your puppy is released to the buyer.
You commit to having your puppy fully vaccinated by a licensed veterinarian of your choice
to keep your one year health contract.
You commit to taking care of your dog. Making sure that it is properly vaccinated, fed,
watered, sheltered and socialized. No puppy will be replaced in the case of Parvo virus
infection/death.
The buyer agrees that the dog will not be used for any illegal activity. If found doing so, seller
has the right to remove the dog and file appropriate reports.
If you can no longer care for your OEB return it to Evolution Bulldogges, Do Not take it to a
shelter or rescue we will take it back regardless of age. Evolution Bulldogges has absolute
first right of refusal to repurchase any dog at a price no greater than the original purchase
price minus shipping.
If applicable, buyer agrees that this dog will not be used for breeding until dog has reached
its 2nd heat in the case of a female. If puppy is purchased on a spay/neuter contract males
must be neutered by 10 months and females must be spayed by 8 months. Proof must be
provided before registration is relinquished by Evolution Bulldogges.
Commitment of seller:
The puppy you are buying is a pure bred Olde English Bulldogge, that can be registered
with the IOEBA and WBA.
Your puppy is guaranteed to be free of any inheritable disease that causes death or serious
impairment of vital functions in the puppy until such puppy is one (1) year of age. If such an
inheritable disease is documented by a licensed veterinarian and presented to the seller with
sufficient supporting evidence, the buyer will be entitled to a replacement puppy of
comparable quality in the case that no puppies are available one (1) will be reserved from a
future breeding. The seller reserves the right to a second (2nd) veterinarian opinion at the
expense of the seller. Health guarantee is void if dog has been bred before one year.
Your puppy is guaranteed to be of sound temperament, that is, to be neither so shy nor
aggressive as to render the dog as an unfit companion. This guarantee of temperament is
effective only until the dog reaches one (1) year of age, if sold as a puppy, and is contingent
upon reasonable proof that any defect in temperament is not the result of lack of proper care
or training on the part of the buyer.
The puppy you are buying has had its tail docked (if needed).
Your puppy will be current on all shots and had at least two (3) wormings at the time that you
pick it up if being shipped your puppy will have a full vet check.
You will receive a sample bag of dog food that has been fed to your puppy. We suggest the
continued use of this food because of it‘s nutrition content and dog performance.
Other:
No money is ever refunded after a dog is delivered.
The buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian, of buyer’s choice,
within 72 hours after the delivery time for a complete physical examination. If a licensed
veterinarian finds the puppy to have a contagious disease or to have a serious physical
condition other than a bacterial infection such as but not limited to coccidia or giardia or in
need of a general worming, which is easily treated, the seller will replace the puppy with
another puppy of equal quality. The seller reserves the right to a second veterinarian opinion
at the expense of the seller.
Buyer must notify seller within twenty four (24) hours of diagnosis. If the puppy is not
examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours after delivery time, the above guarantees are no
longer in effect.
Any spoken modifications made to this agreement shall be made in writing or such shall not
be effective.
